FAI 5-a-Side Tournament in Durrow AFC
Our 6th class boys & girls recently travelled to Durrow AFC to take part in an exciting FAI 5-a-side soccer tournament. It was a fantastic day filled with fun, teamwork, and plenty of great football.
The players showed excellent skill, determination, and bravery across their three matches, representing the school with pride from start to finish. Their effort and sportsmanship were a credit to them, both on and off the pitch.
A special mention goes to Tom, Luke, and Elliot from 5th class who stepped in to join the boys team. They played brilliantly and made a valuable contribution throughout the tournament—thank you, boys!
Well done to everyone involved in both days- a cup of tea was definitely needed to warm up on the Tuesday! 🌧️
