Timahoe School Science Fair 2025
On Wednesday, 22nd October, Timahoe National School held its annual School Science Fair, an exciting celebration of curiosity, creativity, and discovery. Pupils from 4th to 6th Class proudly exhibited their group projects, while 3rd Class dipped their toes into the world of science with a fantastic class project of their own.
The standard of research and investigation was outstanding, making it a tough job for our Intel judges to choose the winners! Prizes were awarded across several categories, including Presentation Skills, Visual Display, Biodiversity, Agricultural Science, Scientific Research, and Health & Hygiene.
The overall winners were Leah and Aoife, whose ambitious project to develop an app for GAA team sheets impressed everyone. We look forward to seeing how the girls continue to develop their innovative idea.
Parents and teachers who visited the exhibition were suitably impressed by the hard work, creativity, and enthusiasm shown by all the students.
